Hermes Calendar information

Privacy policy

Hermes Personal Calendar is a personal integration for its operator. It uses Google Calendar list access to identify the selected calendar and event access to read appointment details, send reminders, and manage events when requested.

Storage and sharing

Google authorization credentials, the fallback calendar feed, its local cache, and reminder state are stored in the integration's private directory on the operator's Raspberry Pi. Reminder state includes identifiers and times used to avoid duplicates.

Reminders may send event titles and times to the operator's paired Telegram chat. For events linked in Obsidian, they may include agenda and decision excerpts the operator selected. When the operator asks Hermes about Calendar or requests an event edit, relevant details may be sent to its configured model provider, currently DeepSeek, to answer the request.

Revocation and deletion

The operator can revoke access in their Google Account's third-party connections and remove local authorization, fallback feed, cache, and reminder state from the Pi. Data already sent to Telegram or the model provider is managed through those services. For questions, use the support contact shown in the Google consent screen.
